1. Working principle
The solid waste enters the rotary kiln through the feeding device (crushing/spiral or hydraulic) for combustion. The continuous rotation of the rotary kiln makes the materials roll forward in the kiln. According to the principle of 3T1 E, the materials are dried, incinerated and burned in the kiln, the residue out from RK is collected by the ash discharge device. Flue gas out from RK undergoes secondary combustion, waste heat recycling( normally steam), quenching, dust removal, acid removal and other processes, the flue gas emission into the atmosphere through the chimney.
2. Application
(1) Suitable for incineration of solid wastes, such as medical wastes, chemical residues, sludge, etc.
(2) The following information is required for consultation：source of solid waste, waste form, composition, and contents of various components etc.
