1. Working principle
After pretreatment (materials are mixed with auxiliary materials and made into small spheres), the solid waste is put into the gasification melting incinerator through the feeding device. The materials are gradually gasified and melted at the bottom of the incinerator. The molten liquid flows out of the channel and is cooled by water to form a glass body. The flue gas generated in the gasification process is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney after secondary combustion, waste heat recycling, quenching, dust removal and acid removal.
2. Application
(1) Suitable for the residues from RK, fly ash collected from dust collector (Bag dust collector), chemical residue, Sludge, Salty solid waste etc.
(2) The following information is required for consultation：source of solid waste, waste form, composition, and contents of various components etc.
