1. Working principle
The high-concentration salt-containing organic wastewater is sprayed into the incinerator through the waste liquid spray gun for high-temperature combustion at 1050 ~ 1150 ° C. The materials and flue gas in the incinerator flow in opposite directions, that is, the molten salt flows downward and the flue gas flows upward. The molten salt flowing downward is recycled as dry pure salt through the water-cooled slag extractor, and the flue gas flowing upward is subjected to 2nd combustion chamber at 1100 ° C for secondary combustion at least 2 senconds, then enters the waste heat boiler for waste heat recycling. After quenching, dedusting, washing and other treatments, it is dischanged up to emission standard through the chimney.
2. Application
(1) Suitable for salt-containing organic waste water.
(2) Heat can be recovered, steam is generally choosed.
(3) Features: good running stability, pure solid salt is obtained.
