1. Working principle
Natural gas/diesel oil is used as combustion-supporting fuel to provide heat for the incineration system to meet the temperature control requirements of the incinerator during incineration.
2. Composition
(1) Gas burner: burner nozzle, UV detector, ignition transformer, combustion fan, air pressure switch, gas filter, gas pressure reducing valve, ignition solenoid valve, high and low pressure switch, safety solenoid valve, leakage detection switch, main fire double solenoid valves, pressure regulating valve, proportional control valve, micro pressure gauge, medium pressure gauge, manual valve and control cabinet etc.
(2) Fuel burner: filter, oil pump, pressure relief valve, fuel double cut-off valve, rotameter, pressure regulating valve, high and low pressure switch, proportional control valve, UV detector, igniter, ignition solenoid valve, ignition pressure regulating valve, combustion fan, air low pressure switch, proportional motor and proportional butterfly valve, atomizing air pipe, pressure gauge, manual valve and control cabinet, etc.
